1. Carpet Cleaning Systems

The DriSafe carpet cleaning systems are rated No. 1 by the leading consumer testing magazines. They are a based on the use of dry cleaning sponges or dry foam which are designed to overcome many of the weaknesses associated with wet cleaning including carpet shrinkage, colour fading and wash marks.

With the DriSafe systems carpets dry immediately or very rapidly
in the case of Von Schrader, there is no loss of facilities while waiting for the carpet to dry
(wet systems can sometimes take up to 24 hours to dry).

DriSafe with its 5-filter filtration systems will remove and hold 99.9% of all allergens from the carpet (e.g. dust mites, mould spores and cat allergens). This feature is of benefit to everyone as your indoor air quality can be improved by 85%.

2. Upholstery Cleaning System

DriSafe is ideally suited for cleaning fabric partitions and seating upholstery.

DriSafe use a range of specially developed upholstery cleaning products which
utilise dry foam technology to ensure a clean professional finish every time.

The DriSafe upholstery cleaning system can clean delicate fabrics such as
raw cotton, brocade; tapestries, velvet and chintz which require special care
in cleaning. It can also be used for leather cleaning.

The dry foam (low moisture) cleaning agent ensures that natural fibres are
not over-wet and moisture is not forced into the upholstery cushion. Most fabrics are dry within two hours.

It’s gentle brushing action ensures thorough deep down penetration and loosening of the dirt from all the fabrics without damaging or distorting sensitive fabrics.

3. Rug Cleaning Service

DriSafe offers a specialist rug cleaning service.

We clean all rug types including wool and natural fibres,
nylon, polypropylene, silk, oriental, sisal, coir and jute.

4.   Grout and Tile Cleaning System

Grout cleaning can be a challenge. It is a porous material which absorbs dirt/grease and wet cleaning products making it difficult to remove the dirt. In addition, with wet cleaning methods dissolved dirt can wick back to the surface after cleaning making the surface appear soiled again. However, once cleaned by DriSafe the floor is dry and ready for immediate use.

5. Safety Floor Cleaning System

DriSafe have recently introduced a new service that allows for the effective cleaning of all types of safety flooring.

 

Safety flooring appears smooth on the surface but provides a high level of slip resistance when walked on. It is a unique combination of plastic vinyl, aluminium oxide grains with glass fibre reinforcement. Some ranges also include quartz aggregates. The purpose of safety flooring is to remain slip resistant even when wet… however this can in turn make it very difficult to clean.

DriSafe use a sponge based system that easily breaks down the oily build-ups that are characteristic of this flooring. The system we use is formulated to clean where removal of grease and cleanliness of floors is essential.

 

6. The DriSafe Ceiling Cleaning System

Almost all commercial buildings contain acoustical ceiling tiles which need to be cleaned to improve indoor
air quality (IAQ) and appearance.

Painting destroys the acoustical properties of the tile and replacement is very expensive. Ceiling cleaning
is more practical and costs considerably less than painting or replacement.

The DriSafe ceiling cleaning system offers a thorough and one-pass deep cleaning of acoustical tiles. It easily
cleans smoke, grease, oil, dust and pollutants in one application. It is suitable for use on all types of porous
and non-porous ceiling tiles.
